This limited warranty does not cover or include any expenses or salaries for any field service work. Any
field service work is to be covered by separate contract.
When a warranted machine is used to make, or further process a product, the cost of an unsuitable
product is not warranted, nor is the Company liable for the cost of the materials expended in making
said product.
EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTIES IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE OBLIGATION OF THE
COMPANY RELATING TO THE SALE OF SUCH PRODUCT; THE
COMPANY’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE
PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT; AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE
LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF SUCH
PRODUCT.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This Hamilton Form Company strand tensioning system is designed for loads up to 35,000 lbs.-force (or
up to 46,000 lbs.-force for the PU46). The hydraulic circuit has initial and final tensioning modes that
allow the operator to specify the tension strand.
4.0 GETTING STARTED
4.1 Receiving/Inspection
Once you receive the unit, note any apparent damage to the shipping container on the shipping
paperwork and take pictures of the damage. Unpack and inspect all equipment parts. Take pictures of
any damaged items.
Contact Hamilton Form Company to report a damaged product. File a claim with the transportation
carrier for any damaged or missing parts.
WARNING
Do not set the final tensioning relief valve higher than 3500 psi (or 3000 psi for the PU46). Setting the
relief valve too high will exceed fitting, hose, and hydraulic cylinder pressure ratings.
