Chapter4 Troubleshooting Guide

3. Error Messages

When a paper jam has occurred or the top cover is open, an error message is displayed on the LCD display.
Follow the procedures below to fix the error. If you cannot solve the trouble, contact your dealer.

A paper jam jam has caused the

stopper motor of the first folding

plate to become overloaded.

Remove the jammed paper from the

leading end of the first folding plate,

then turn off and on the power.

Plate2 motor err

A paper jam has caused the stopper

motor of the second folding plate to

become overloaded.

Remove the jammed paper from the

leading end of the second folding

plate, then turn off and on the

power.
