(2) When a failure occurs, the alarm number blinks as shown in the figure below. This indicates that a 

failure was found regarding the power supply, motor, or encoder wiring.

 

According to the instructions in Chapter 8, "Protective functions", power off the driver, and then 
check the wiring. 

 

Example: When Alarm 02 [encoder failure] occurs, the alarm number blinks.

Operating the actuator by manual JOG 

By working with the built-in display panel, pulse command input can be checked, and the actuator 
rotation can be checked without connecting the input signal. 
Refer to “Chapter 6, Operating the display panel". 
 
If the rotation does not take place normally, this indicates that a failure has occurred regarding the 
power, motor, or encoder wiring. In this case, power off the driver, and then check the wiring. 
 
If normal operation is verified, terminate JOG. Move the mode to Monitor according to the instructions 
in Section 6-2, "Selecting a mode" in “Chapter 6, Operating the display panel". 

 

This completes the entire trial run.
