Update

 

1.

 

Update devices in batches 

Click the checkbox at the DEVICE LIST to select devices. Then click “Select Firmware File” to select the files to be updated, and click 

“Update All” to start batch updating. 

2.

 

Update stages 

The update is divided into several stages: 

Stage 1. Upload the update file to the device. (In this state, clicking Stop on the right can stop the upgrade.) 

Stage 2. Start to update. 

Stage 3. Updating. 
Stage 4. Update is complete or failed. At this time, the system displays the number of devices that have been successfully updated or failed to 

be updated. 

Note: When updating a duplicate version, it will prompt that the upgrade cannot be repeated. 

 

Device List

Device Status Description 

The color of device at the DEVICE LIST indicates the status of the device as following. Green: The 

device is online and powered on. 

Orange: The device is online but powered off. 

Red: The device has been added into the system before, but it can not be detected during searching. 

2.

 

Remove devices 

Right click the device at the DEVICE LIST, select “Delete Device”, click “Confirm” in the pop-up window to remove the device and its 

junior rank.
