Combien de connecteurs ?

Utilisez le tableau pour déterminer le bon nombre

de connecteurs de 152 mm pour votre étai. Chaque

enrouleur utilise un connecteur inférieur de 194 mm

en plus de ceux de 152 mm indiqués à gauche.
* Un profil supplémentaire Ref: #909 est nécessaire

Aus der nebenstehenden Tabelle geht die richtige

Anzahl der 152 mm Verbinder für Ihr Vorstag hervor.
Jede Anlage hat zusätzlich zu den 194 mm Verbindern

einen untersten Verbinder von 152 mm.
*Benötigt zusätzlichen Verbinder (ArtNr 909)

Quanti connettori?

Usare la tabella qui a sinistra per determinare il giusto

numero di connettori da 152 mm necessari per lo

strallo.
Ciascun avvolgifiocco usa inoltre un connettore inferi-

ore da 194 mm in aggiunta al numero di connettori da

152 mm indicati nella tabella di sinistra.
* E' necessario un connettore supplementare H909.

Profilen montiert.

Aufschieben der Verbinder

Nachdem das Vorstag abgelängt ist, und

bevor

das

untere Terminal befestigt wird, muss die richtige Anzahl

Verbinder in der richtigen Reihenfolge auf den Draht

geschoben werden.

Jede Anlage benötigt eine spezielle Topkappe.
Jede Anlage benötigt eine bestimmte Anzahl

(152 mm) Verbinder, je nach Länge

des Vorstags; siehe Tabelle oben.
Jede Anlage benötigt einen speziellen untersten

Verbinder (194 mm)

Schieben Sie die Topkappe mit dem offenen Ende nach

unten auf das Stag.
Schieben Sie die richtige Anzahl Verbinder 152 mm auf

das Vorstag.
Schieben Sie zuletzt den untersten Verbinder 194 mm

auf das Vorstag.
Lassen Sie den Draht bei einem erfahrenen Fachmann

walzen.

Combien de profils ?

Utilisez le tableau à gauche pour déterminer le bon

nombre de profils de 2.13 m nécessaires. La longueur

variable du profil supérieur est à prendre dans un profil

de 2.13 m et est en + de la quantité de profils donnée à

gauche.
* Un profil supplémentaire Ref: 1112 est nécessaire.

Connecteurs

Après avoir coupé l'étai à longueur mais avant que la

terminaison inférieure soit fixée, le bon nombre de con-

necteurs doit être enfilé sûr l'étai dans le bon ordre.

Chaque enrouleur utilise un capuchon plastique

supérieur.
Chaque enrouleur utilise un certain nombre de con-

necteurs de 152 mm en fonction de la longueur

de l'étai. Déterminez-le en consultant le tableau

ci-dessus.
Chaque enrouleur utilise un connecteur inférieur

de 194 mm.

Glissez le capuchon plastique supérieur sûr l'étai de

façon à ce que la partie creuse soit orientée vers le bas.
Enfilez le bon nombre de connecteurs de 152 mm

sûr l'étai.
Enfilez le connecteur 194 mm inférieur sûr l'étai de

façon à ce qu'il soit le plus proche de la terminaison

inférieure.

Quanti estrusi

Usare la tabella qui a sinistra per determinare il giusto

numero di estrusi da 2.13 m necessari per lo strallo.
La lunghezza variabile dell'estruso superiore si ricava

da uno dei pezzi da 2.13 m e va aggiunta al numero di

pezzi dell'estruso indicati nella tabella di sinistra.
* E' necessario un estruso supplementare H1112

■

Inserimento dei connettori

Dopo aver tagliato lo strallo della misura giusta, ma

prima che il terminale inferiore sia stato fissato,

bisogna inserire sullo strallo il numero di connettori

nell'ordine corretto.

Ogni avvolgifiocco ha un cappuccio superiore per

l'estruso.
Ogni avvolgifiocco ha un numero di connettori da

152 mm che varia a seconda della lunghezza dello

strallo ed è determinato consultando la tabella di

questa pagina.
Ogni avvolgifiocco ha un connettore inferiore da

194 mm.

Far scorrere il cappuccio superiore lungo lo strallo in

modo tale che la parte aperta guardi verso il basso.
Far scorrere l'appropriato numero di connettori da 152

mm sullo strallo.
Far scorrere il connettore inferiore da 194 mm lungo lo

strallo in modo che sia il più vicino possibile alla parte

inferiore dello strallo.
Far impiombare lo strallo dall'attrezzatore di fiducia.
