Degreaser
If installing double deck rotisseries, mount the degreaser shelf
on the right side of the bottom rotisserie. Hook the small lip
onto the bracket then secure with the screw as shown in
Figure 5-8.

The degreaser shelf will come pre-installed from the factory
on single ovens.
Accessories
5.7.1
Power Adapter (PA1, PA2, PA3)
The optional Power Adapter accessories are extension
devices designed to be installed on the right side of the
Inferno 4500, providing easier access to an electrical outlet for
the grease reservoirs. Ensure that the Power Adapter is
plugged into an electrical outlet equipped with a ground fault
interrupter (GFCI).

5.7.2
Grease Reservoir (GR-224, GR-124)
If a heated grease reservoir (GR-224 for double rotisseries,
GR-124 for single rotisseries) is purchased with the
Inferno 4500, it is to be placed to the right of the rotisserie(s).
Ensure that the drain from each rotisserie is aligned above the
openings in the collection basins as shown in Figure 5-10.
The GR-224/GR-124 must be placed on a solid, level, non-
combustible surface. Avoid areas where excessive splashing
may occur.
The GR-224/GR-124 is plugged into an electrical outlet via a
3.5 foot cord with a standard 3-prong plug (NEMA 5-15P). If
no power adapter was purchased from Hardt, ensure that the
collection reservoir is plugged into an electrical outlet equipped
with a ground fault current interrupter (GFCI).
