Nozzle Pressure Gauge

The remote pressure gauge is located above the manifold valve on the
platform. This gauge measures the working pressure in the boom tubes
as close to the nozzles as possible.

The outputs stated in the nozzle charts are always based on the pressure
measured at the nozzle. Both when calibrating and spraying, the
pressure must be adjusted according to the readings of this pressure
gauge.

SelfSteer

A steering drawbar can be mounted on the sprayer. The SelfSteer will
make the sprayer turn a little later, when the tractor begins turning at the
headland, compared to a conventional hitch.

This gives you

•

a smaller turning radius resulting in shorter headlands.

•

a better tracking on headlands.

Furthermore the SelfSteer can include SlopeCorrection, which has the
same function as the normal SelfSteer but can also be used for track
correction on slopes - this will help the sprayer to stay in the tractor track
in hilly fields.

ATTENTION! The SlopeCorrection is operated with the tractor’s
hydraulic lever.

Move the drawbar towards the hillside to direct the sprayer up the
hill.

Check that the sprayer wheels now follow the tractor track.
