Remove the old oil from inside the Gear Box (800-1) and replace the oil using
140 weight gear oil. The new oil should just come to the edge of the Gear Box.
Do not overfill.

Replace the Gear Box Gasket (800-53), Gear Box Cover (800-2), and four Hex
Socket Head Screws (800-47).

To replace the Coolant: The water-soluble Coolant should be replaced as often
as is necessary to keep metal debris in the Coolant from clogging the hoses. To
replace the Coolant:

Slide the Coolant Tank (82) out from under the Stand (77S) of the Bandsaw.

Remove the white lid at the top of the Coolant Tank (82), and dispose of the old
Coolant properly in a container.

Fill the Coolant Tank (82) to about 80% capacity with a clean water-soluble cool-
ant (not included). Then, replace the white lid on the Coolant Tank.

Slide the Coolant Tank (82) back under the Stand (77S) of the Bandsaw. Then
insert the Hose (78) through the hole in the white lid.

To clean the exterior parts of the Bandsaw, use only a clean cloth and mild deter-
gent or mild solvent to clean the body of the Saw.
Do not immerse any electrical
part of the machine in any liquids.
