Hydraulic line routing

Hydraulic line routing

Important:

Ensure  the  hydraulic  lines  are  pulled  to  the  top  of  the  column. And  if the
limit   switch   cable   is   held   in   hydraulic   clamps,   remove   the   limit   switch
wires  from  clamps  and  attached  with  cable  ties.
Ensure   all   hydraulic   line   fittings   are   tight,   especially   olive   based
compression fittings.

It is  easy  to  do  this  BEFORE You  stand  the  column  up.

The power  unit  on HAPP  40 is  located on the side of  the hoist  not  on the
outside edge,  To connect  the  hose  you  will need  to  swap  the  bung  with
the  outlet on  the  control module  on  the  pump  assembly.
