Before sending the device to after-sales service, using the following
table to check whether you can remedy the problem yourself .

control is not too far away
from the device .

Change the batteries in
the remote control; pay
attention to correct polarity
when inserting the new
batteries!

Ensure that the interface
cable is properly connect-
ed to the correct output of
the device and the correct
input of the television .

Adjust your television to
