3.6 Capturing images
You can use the camera to make a video of the live image.
The program offers three options for capturing images:
– Snapshot
– Instant recording
– Scheduled recording
3.6.1 Snapshot
Click the following icon to take a snapshot of the live image displayed by the camera:
The jpeg image is saved in the default storage folder.
3.6.2 Instant recording
Click the following icon to start recording instantly:
This video is saved in the default video storage folder on your hard drive.
3.6.3 Scheduled recording
You can also set the system to start recording a video at a particular time.
Click the camera setting icon to access the settings for the scheduled recording function. Select
“Confi gure Camera”
, then the
“Schedule Recording”
tab. You can now select your scheduling settings.
There are two options:
– One Time Schedules / Einmalige Aufnahme
– Weekly Schedules / Sich wiederholdende Aufhamten
One Time Schedules:
Click
“New”
to add a new time for creating a recording.
Select the time period you want covered by the recording and confi rm your choice by clicking
“OK”.
