6.3 Assignment of the RS232 connector
The assignment of the RS 232 connection corresponds to the assignment specified by the EIA
(Electronic Industries Alliance):
9-pole D-SUB-jack (female)

The RS232 interface of the PUC 28 is available in the following variants:
1) PUC 28 variants with 9-pole D-SUB-jack (female) directly integrated in the housing (only for
wall thicknesses up to 5mm):
