Instruction Manual PUC 28
31
The re-calibration is being started with the c
ommand “
TCalibPlus
” (in case the positive
range shall be re-
calibrated) or “
TCalibMinus
” (in case the negative range shall be re-
calibrated).
When receiving a re-calibration command, first the PUC 28/K switches to the input at the front
side and shows the value of the pressure to be calibrated in the display, combined with a
request to apply this pressure. In case the positive range shall be re-calibrated (command
>TCalibPlus
), a reference pressure of +100Pa resp. +250Pa has to be applied from outside;
in case the negative range shall be re-calibrated (command
>TCalibMinus
), a reference
pressure of -100Pa resp. -250Pa has to be applied from outside.
As soon as the pressure applies stable (no more transient oscillations), the command
“
>TCalibOK
” has to be sent. This actually triggers the pressure measurement. During this
time the message “meas. active” appears in the display. The duration of the pressure
measurement is about 5 sec.
The reference pressure has to be applied stable until the RS232 response is being received,
which incorporates the command (
TCalibOK
) and the new determined calibration value (resp.
an error message). Additionally it is prompted to remove the hoses from the calibration input.
When the hoses are removed from the calibration input, the
command “
>TCalibFinished
”
has to be sent. The PUC 28/K then switches back the pressure measurement to the back side
and returns to the display mode.
3)
Any re-calibration (positive as well as negative range) carried out after the delivery will be
called off (concerns only the variants PUC 28/K).
