Display Error description
Cause
Remedy
Service lift does not start.
Error indicator light flashes red.
An emergency stop button was
pressed.
Check the emergency
stop buttons on the
service lift and in the
tower.
Pull the actuated
emergency stop button
out again.
A railing door or interlocking is
open.
Check the railing doors
on the platforms.
Close all railing doors
and lock the respective
interlocking.
The ladder door (if fitted) or the
shutter or sliding door is open.
Close the shutter or
sliding door and/or the
ladder door (if fitted).
There is an overload in the service
lift.
Reduce the payload.
Follow the instructions in
the Overload Limit
chapter (Overload limit,
86).
The engine temperature is too
high.
Allow the engine to cool
down.
The rotating field on the control
may not be correctly applied.
If necessary, check and
correct the proper
assignment of the buttons
for ascent and descent
(only qualified service
personnel!).

Maintenance
19.1
General instructions
Maintenance plan
The maintenance plan is a separate document, which describes the maintenance
steps to be performed, logbook templates and the safety instructions to be
followed during maintenance.
The maintenance schedule must be kept in the service lift together with the other
documents.
Maintenance documentation
The result of the inspection and maintenance must be documented in the
maintenance plan.
List anomalies, defects and other remarks in the respective maintenance report
and always name the relevant component.
