Dissolved gas analysis
The package content is pushed past the sensors. The next two displays indicate the
results of gas concentration measurement.
Note:
On the CO
2
analyzer, the O
2
and CO
2
concentrations are obtained from the sensors,
while the N
2
concentration is computed by the software.
On the N
2
analyzer, the O
2
and N
2
concentrations are obtained from the sensors, while
the CO
2
concentration is computed by the software.
4.4 Results Calculation and Transfer
The measuring instrument computes the data measured, and transfers them to the PC.
The OrbiPack software performs further computations, and displays the result as one
line per package in the data table.
4.5 Remove Package, Line Rinsing
=> Raise the sampling tube all the way.
=> Lift the piercing lever and remove the package.
Once the piercing lever is up, the Beverage Package Analyzer blows briefly forcing gas
through the manifold, to purge remaining liquid out of the system.
4.6 Instrument Warning Messages
The instrument regularly performs diagnostic checks, and should an abnormal condition
happen, displays a warning message on the instrument display. Refer to
“Troubleshooting” on page 77 for description of warning messages, troubleshooting, and
possible solutions.
