4 Disposal
WEEE logo denotes special disposal programs and procedures in the
EU countries. The user shall return items for disposal.
To obtain additional information on the disposal methods, contact
the manufacturer or supplier.
The disposal procedure regarding electric motors and consumables diff ers from the procedure
of disposal for common domestic wastes. The information on the disposal possibilities may be
obtained via local authorities.
5 Warranty liabilities
Service life of electric motor shall be minimum 5 years provided compliance with the transportation,
storage and operation requirements stipulated in this OM.
The warranty period shall be 12 months from the day of selling the electric motor through the retail
network.
During the warranty period, the user shall have the right for free repair upon producing the warranty
certifi cate. The subsequent repairs during the warranty term shall be performed free of charge with
recording the repair data into the certifi cate.
No claims shall be accepted and no warranty repair shall be performed in case of absence of the
warranty certifi cate of the electric motor or in case of absence of the shop’s stamp and date of sale
in the warranty card.
In case of seals on the electric motor are broken as well as if the electric motor is operated not in
compliance with this OM, the warranty for the electric motor shall be cancelled and the repair shall
be performed on the account of the user.
