In case of faults, maintenance or for the purpose of electric motor shutdown, follow the steps
below.
1. Observe the instructions provided in the motor documents.
2. Stop the drive uniformly via the control commands.
3. Disconnect the active and control voltage of the regulator.
4. Switch off the main (power) circuit breaker of the electric motor.
5. Protect the electric drive from unpredictable movements and from control by unauthorised
persons.
6. Wait until electrical systems become discharged and disconnect all the electrical connections.
7. Before disassembly, fi x the motor to prevent from falling or movements which may occur before
loosing the mechanical connections.
2.5 Actions in extreme conditions
In case of the burning odour or smoke, electric motor shall be disconnected from the mains. Further
actions shall be in compliance with the standards of the country where the motor is operated.
