Enter your choice(0-4):
You can set the file type to M (main) or B (backup) or cancel the setting by selecting
1
to
4
. For details of each type of files, refer to section 6.1 “Overview” on page 6-1.
II. Setting application file type through the CLI
# Change the type of f1000e.bin from B to M+B.
<H3C> boot-loader file f1000e.bin main
This command will set the boot file of the specified board. Continue? [Y/N]:
The specified file will be used as the main boot file at the next reboot!
By now, the type of f1000e.bin has been changed to M+B, and the file has become the
main application file for the next startup. If there was an M type of application file, the
type of that file was automatically changed to N.

6.6.3 Deleting a File
I. Deleting a file on the BootWare menu
Select

on the file control submenu, and the system displays:
