: Specifies a source interface or source IPv4 address for outgoing Telnet packets.
interface
interface-type interface-number
: Specifies a source interface for outgoing Telnet packets. The
primary IP address of this interface will be used as the source IPv4 address for outgoing Telnet packets.

: Specifies a source IPv4 address for outgoing Telnet packets.
Usage guidelines
To terminate your Telnet connection, press

quit
.
The source IPv4 address or source interface specified with this command only applies to the current Telnet
connection.
Examples
# Telnet to the remote host 1.1.1.2, specifying the source IP address for outgoing Telnet packets as 1.1.1.1.
