Configure GPIB interface
Configuration
step
GPIB terminal is a factory installed optional item. For a
new installation, contact the service center.
1.
Press the Shift key, the 2ND
(Menu) key, the Right key
twice. The I/O configuration
menu appears.
2.
Press the Down key, then the
Right key twice. The GPIB
selection display appears.
3.
Press the Down key. The GPIB
address selection display
appears.

4.
Move the cursor using the
Left/Right key. Change the
value using the Up/Down key.
GPIB address: 0 ~ 31
5.
Press the ENTER key to
confirm GPIB and address
selection.
6.
Connect the GPIB cable to the
rear panel terminal.
GPIB constraints
Keep these rules when using the GPIB interface.
•
Altogether less than 15 devices & 20m cable length,
2m between each device on the bus
•
Unique address assigned for each device
•
At least 2/3 of the GPIB devices turned On
•
No loop or parallel structure allowed
