When username and password have been entered, a Java Runtime
Environment application starts up in CU 362, provided that it has
been installed on the computer in question. If this is not the case,
but the computer is connected to the internet, then use the link on
the screen to download and install the Java Runtime Environment
application.

The Java Runtime Environment application transfers the CU 362
user interface (including display and panel functions) onto the
computer screen. CU 362 can now be controlled from the PC.

established, it is possible to change the network setting.

8.3.6 Fieldbus addresses
By installing a GENIbus module, it is possible to connect a CU 362
to an external network. The connection can be established via a
GENIbus-based network or a network based on another protocol
via a gateway. See section about Ethernet. For more information,
contact Grundfos.
CU 362 can communicate with external units via an RS-485
interface (optional).
The RS-485 interface is an add-on module which is fitted in CU
362. For further information, see the installation and operating
instructions for CU 362.
Communication is carried out according to the Grundfos GENIbus
protocol and enables connection to a building management system
or another external control system.
Operating parameters can be set via the bus signal. Furthermore,
status about important parameters and fault indications can be read
from CU 362.

It is possible to set a GENIbus number for each module using the
CU 362 display.
