Instructions for delivery and first use of machine (k)
When delivering the machine
When delivering a new Scorpion boom mower, the 4-point stabilization and the PTO
shaft must first be adjusted to the vehicle on which the machine is to be mounted. After
that, the power cable must be connected directly to the battery. The joystick and the
control panel must be installed in the most user-friendly positions in the cabin.
It is very important that the driver fully understands the procedure for
mounting/demounting the machine to/from the vehicle. The following text must be
completely understood before attempting to mount the machine. If in doubt, contact the
dealer or the GreenTec service department.
Always make sure to choose a solid, even surface, for example concrete, when
preparing to mount the tool on the vehicle.
The vehicle and the machine must be operated from the driver's seat.
Never allow any other persons to stand
on or by the lift system during
operation.
On delivery, check the following:
1. Check that all loose parts were included with the boom mower.
2. Check the boom mower and all parts for damages.
