Steps

Procedure

12.Remove gas valve and liquid valve

Twist o ff the 2 bolts fixing the valve sub-assy.

U nsolder the soldering joint between gas valve

and air-return pipe and then remove the gas

valve.(note: when unsoldering the soldering joint,

w rap the gas valve with w et cloth com pletely to

avoid the damage to valve, and release all

refrigerant com pletely at first). U nsolder the

soldering jo in t between liquid valve and

connection pipe o f liquid valve, and then remove

the liquid valve.

13.Remove valve support

Twist o ff the screws connecting valve support and

chassis, and then remove the valve support.

14.Remove compressor

Twist o ff the 3 foot nuts on com pressor and then

remove the compressor.
