Remove the

motor away.

Separate the motor
away from the motor
support.

Remove the fan
blade

Take the motor out
from the return air
frame

Note: the motor support

shall be removed in

advance and then changed

to the unit.

7.Replace with a
new motor

Assemble the fan as the

reverse disassembly order

and then take a power-on

test.
