Chapter 8: Data Upload from Smartphone to Web Application

Once the patient returns the Kinesia Sensors to the Charging Pad at the end of the day, the application
will automatically download the data from the motion sensors and will attempt to upload the patient
data to the Web Application. If network connection via Wi-Fi or mobile broadband is not available, the
application will continue to retry. Patient should not turn off smartphone for at least 3 hours to allow for
the upload to complete.

Note

: It is highly recommended that patients do NOT turn their smartphone off immediately after each

use. This could delay the upload of data to the Kinesia Web Application.
