3. Set Dates and Times

Select the ‘I do not want to specify dates and times’ option in the upper righthand corner
then click ‘Next’. (Figure 10)

4. Set Med Diary.
•
Select the medications that will appear on the smartphone when the patient records a
dose taken. Custom medications can be entered by typing in the box and clicking
‘Add’.(Figure 11)
