Dose Report
The Dose Report graphically displays a patient’s response of tremor, slowness, dyskinesia, and
walking to a particular medication dosage. If the Dose Report feature is enabled within your account,
the patient will be prompted during the End Test process to select the appropriate medication dosage
for that day. The text that displays on this screen and available dose options can be customized at
your request.

Each symptom and dose has a corresponding colored box which represents the occurrence and
severity of that particular symptom. The color of the box indicates the symptom severity, with green
being the least severe and red being the most severe. The number within the box represents the
percent of the day that symptom was detected. Note that Walking does not include a number, as this
is
only an indication of a patient’s mobility over the course of the day, with green being the most
mobile and red being the least.
