OUT FEEDING CONVEYOR DRIVING PIN
REPLACEMENT
Right hand side:
a) Open the chain, remove the gears and the pinion (Pict.
5.7.7)
Left hand side:
b) Remove the chain and the pinion and loosen the
screws. (Pict. 5.7.8)
c) Screw the pin in with the extractor end and pull it out.
(Pict. 5.7.9)
d) Remove the bushing from the pin, change the pin and
put all back in reversed order

OUT FEEDING BELT REPLACEMENT
a) Proceed as described in the above paragraph until point

b) Loosen the screws A (Pict. 5.7.10) on both sides.
c) Undo the screws from the conveyor support on both
sides (Pict. 5.7.11)
d) Remove the frame, exchange the belt, reinstall the
frame and install the pin (Pict. 5.7.9)

CONVEYOR BEARINGS REPLACEMENT
Bushing side:
a) Pull the roller out (see previous paragraph " IN
FEEDING CONVEYOR ")
b) Remove the bearings from the bushing after removing it
from the pin and replace them.
Suport side:
c) Proceed as describede above.
d) Remove the bushing with the extractor and replace
them (Pict. 5.7.12).
