REPLACEMENT OF RUBBER ROLLER DRIVE PIN

a) Dismantle rubber roller following sequence as

“

Replacement of rubber roller assembly

“.

b) Dismantle right side guard (Pict. 5.4.3)

Referring pict.5.4.4

c) Loose chain stretcher (

) and open chain

(10265)

d) Dismantle rubber roller pinion (

) and take out key

(2169)

e) Unthread rubber roller drive pin (

) and replace it.

Should bush component replacing be required proceed as

follows :

f) Unscrew the screw that fixed bush to rubber roller side.

g) Leave out snap ring (

h) Extract bearings (

) and oil seal (

i) Replace worn elements. Then reassemble everything

following preceding steps in reverse order. Grease oil seal

and bearings before inserting new rubber roller drive pin.
