COUNTER ROLLER REPLACEMENT
a) Remove the chain and the pinion from the left hand side
(Pict. 5.6.1)
b) Remove the gears from the right hand side (Pict. 5.6.2)
c) Remove the plate, undo the screw on the counter roller
(Pict. 5.6.2)
d) Mark the original position, pull out the counter roller with
the dedicated tool. Loosen the screw. (Pict. 5.6.3)
e) Pull the bushing out, replace the counter roller putting
the cams in the original position
f) Install following the reversed order.
Adjust the gap between toothroller and counter roller
that must be between 0,05-0,10 mm
