Before using the machine read carefully instructions and safety information
(Sect.1) .
Non-observance of these important instructions may cause accidents.
TROUBLE TESTS AND CHECKS see Pict.3.2.1 - 3.2.2
1. See Sect. 2.8 " Starting the machine " to prepare machine for use.
2. See Sect. 3.1 "
Machine controls
" for controls description.
3. Make sure all safety devices have been installed correctly.
4. Check manually if the knobs (
10 ) are strong screwed.
5. Check blade is correctly fitted , see Sect. 5.3 " Blade adjustment and replacement ".
6. Start processing as described in Sect.2.8 " Starting machine ".
7. Verify quality of processing. If this is unsatisfactory, as there are parts of product to be removed,
check following points:
- Rubber roller is well locked in its side support housing.
Check whether the tightening handwheel ( 24 ) is turned clockwise.
- The pressure rubber roller exerts on product to be processed is correct. Otherwise usethe knob
(

). For hot products minimal pressure is advised.
- In the rubber roller assembly the order of fitting each component comply indications in figures
included in this section.
8. Check air pressure supply is not lower than
6 BAR
.
9. Keep clear the area around machine in order to move freely.

Never leave the machine connected when it is unattended.
Do not touch blade's cutting edge for any reason whatsoever.

