DESIGN
In accordance with EN 14570, as a
combination fitting, the compatible GOK
overfill prevention device has the
following equipment:
Inlet connector
Outlet connector
Gas withdrawal valve with handwheel
Safety pressure gauge as a
pressure gauge which cannot be
shut off, measurement range 0 to
25bar
Dip valve with calibration tube
Plug with shrouded contact for
connection of the connector part of
the overfill prevention device of the
road tanker
Protective cap with chain for plug with shrouded contact
Limit indicator with sensor and probe tube
Test connection with shut-off device

ADVANTAGES AND EQUIPMENT
The compatible FST3.1VK type overfill prevention device as part of an assembly comprising:
gas withdrawal valve , dip valve , overfill prevention device , safety pressure gauge
and test connection .
The compatible FST3.1VK type overfill prevention device is intended exclusively for
withdrawal from the gas phase. At the bottom of the overfill prevention device is the limit
indicator with sensor. This is connected to the plug with shrouded contact by an internal
cable. The limit indicator (sensor with probe tube) can be replaced at tank pressure. A shut-off
valve which closes under tank pressure when replacing the limit indicator and thus
prevents gas leakage is installed below the sensor to this end.
Filling can be monitored using the dip valve .
