For installation in fixed LPG systems to supply equipment in caravans and motor
caravans, mobile homes and in water vehicles of up to 24 m fuselage length.
Observe EN 1949 and, in Germany, DVGW worksheet G 607.
Observe EN ISO 10239 and, in Germany, DVGW worksheet G 608.
Place of operation
•
operation in weatherproof and sun-protected outdoor areas
•
in externally gas locker with hose assemblies (no longer than 400 mm ± 50 mm)
•
in the gas locker with ventilation
Installation location
•
with options to connect to a 5, 11 or 33kg gas cylinder
The LPG cylinder(s) must be upright when gas is being withdrawn.
Gas is withdrawn only from the gaseous phase.
Protect gas cylinder(s) against radiant heat or heat from heating appliances.
Observe the installation regulations in the respective countries.
INAPPROPRIATE USE
All uses exceeding the concept of intended use:
•
e.g. operation using different media, pressures
•
use of gases in the liquid phase
•
installation against the flow direction
•
operation with inappropriate hose assemblies
•
changes to the product or parts of the product
•
use at ambient temperature varying from: see TECHNICAL DATA
•
withdrawal from horizontal gas cylinders
•
operation while driving
•
operate in buildings or in enclosed rooms
If LPG is withdrawn too quickly or is continuously withdrawn from the cylinder on
the operating side, the temperature of the gas falls and, as a result, the cylinder pressure
drops below the required inlet pressure of the regulator. LPG is then also withdrawn from the
spare cylinder.
Proper operation of the system is no longer guaranteed.
The LPG cylinders on both sides may be emptied simultaneously or also at different
rates.
