2.  將配料放入麵包桶中,請按照食譜所示放入順序操作。通常情況下,水或液

體物料需先放入,然後 加糖、鹽和麵粉,請務必最後放入酵母粉或烘焙粉。

注意:

麵粉和酵母粉的最大使用量請參照食譜。

3.  用手指在麵粉上戳一個小洞,將酵母置入洞中,請注意不要讓酵母接觸液體

或食鹽。注意:麵粉和酵母的最大劑量分別為600g和3茶匙。建議最好不要
超過推薦使用劑量,否則發酵可能導致麵團溢出。

4.  一般麵包、全麥麵包、法式麵包、甜麵包、蛋糕和自設程序

,請將配料加入

配料盤中,蓋上蓋。注意:烹飪過程中配料盤蓋會自動打開,配料會自動注
入麵包桶中。

5.  輕輕的蓋上頂蓋,將電源線插入電源插座。
6.  按下「菜單」鍵,選擇您所需的程序
7.  按下「外皮烤色」鍵,選擇所希望的麵包皮顏色。
8.  按下「麵包尺寸」鍵,選擇麵包尺寸。(700 g或1000 g)
9.  按下「時間設定」鍵設定預約功能,如果需要立即烘焙,請不要設定預約功能。
10. 按下「啟動/停止」鍵約2秒鐘,麵包機將啟動。
11. 程序運作結束,將會有10聲“嗶”聲提示,LCD將自動恢復至預設設置。

此時按下「啟動/停止」鍵約2秒鐘可以關閉烘焙程序,並取出麵包。打開頂
蓋,使用烤箱隔熱手套將麵包桶逆時針旋轉取出。

小心:

麵包桶和麵包可能會很燙!請注意小心,避免燙傷

12. 麵包取出之前,請先冷卻麵包桶。然後用不黏鏟小心的將麵包從麵包桶上刮

下。

13. 將麵包桶倒置於鋼絲擱架上冷卻或清潔麵包桶表面並輕微晃動至麵包掉落。
14. 將麵包冷卻約20分鐘再切片,建議使用電動刀或鋸齒刀,最好不要使用水果

刀或廚房刀,否則麵包 可能會變形。

15. 如果烘焙結束,您不在家裡或者沒有按下「啟動/停止」鍵,麵包將自動保溫

1個小時,保溫功能結束之後,將會有1聲“嗶”聲提示。

16. 使用完畢後,請拔掉電源插頭。注意:麵包切片之前,請用勾叉移出攪拌

刀。 當麵包機還很燙時,請不要用手移除攪拌刀片,避免燙傷。

注意: 

麵包沒有食用完請放在密封的塑料袋或容器中。麵包可以在常溫下保存約

3天,如果您需要保存更長時間,請密封包裝後放入冰箱冷藏室中,可以保存至
少10天。自製麵包因為沒有添加防腐劑,因此保存時間比市面上銷售麵包保存
時間短。
