快速麵包是麵粉或蘇打粉加熱後而成。要製作高質量的快速麵包,建議所有的
液體都放在麵包桶底部, 乾的配料放在麵包桶最上面。在攪拌過程中,乾的配
料很可能聚集到麵包桶角落,因此,如有必要請幫助攪拌,避免乾麵粉堆積。

清潔前應把產品的電源截斷並冷卻。
1. 麵包桶:使用濕布輕擦麵包桶的內外壁。不要使用腐蝕性或研磨型洗滌劑清

洗。不可以用白潔布、鋼絲刷或金屬/尖銳材質來清潔麵包桶,以免刮花其表
面和破壞不黏塗層,影響麵包桶的外觀及性能。安裝前必須完全風乾。麵包
桶雖然十分堅硬,仍有被刮花的可能。故此建議使用木鏟/ 耐熱膠鏟,不可使
用尖角銳利的金屬鏟子拷打以免影響外觀,不過即使被刮花後的麵包桶,亦
無有害物質,仍可安心使用。

2. 製作麵包用的葉片:如果揉棒很難從軸承拔出,在這種情況下,將容器裝上

溫水,並浸泡約30分鐘。葉片才較容易拆掉清洗。然後可使用較軟材質的濕
棉布小心地擦拭葉片。請注意,麵包桶和葉片可於洗碗機內清洗。

3. 面蓋和窗口:可拔除面蓋來清洗。首先打開面蓋提起至45度,然後把面蓋向

外拉直到它脫離。用輕微沾濕的布清潔面蓋的內部和外部。清洗完後,放回
原位。首先固定面蓋的左側,然後把右側推到對面的插槽直到它進入在正確
的位置。

4. 外殼:用濕布輕輕擦拭外殼的表面。切勿使用研磨清潔劑來清潔,因為這會
