Place the Power Switch in the ON position.

The green Hood Powered light will come on.

. The Hood blower will start.
4.
The EAC status ON LED will illuminate.
5.
The amber Appliance Powered light will come on.
This indicates that power is being supplied to the cooking
appliance under the hood. It can now be operated.
6.
Should an audible alarm sound, any other indicator lights
come on and/or if the
Appliance Powered light does not
turn on, refer to Troubleshooting Sections of this manual.

Confirm that all Filters are in place and properly seated before attempting to operate the hood. The Filter
Access Door must be in place and secure.
NOTE: The hood will NOT start if the Filter Access Door is
not installed or not properly positioned.

ress and hold the Push to Start Button for approx. 5
seconds.

The green Hood Powered light will come on.
