Configuration

Configuring Cisco

®

 Router

To configure the Cisco Router (Q13708-08B), proceed as follows:

1

Ensure the router is powered up by verifying that the

 LED is illuminated.

2

Press and hold the 

Reset

 button for 30 seconds. The button can be found on the back of the 

router, to the left of port 1.

After 10 seconds, the 

Diag

 LED will begin flashing slowly. After 30 seconds the 

Diag

 LED 

will begin flashing quickly. Release the 

Reset

 button once the 

Diag

 LED is flashing quickly. 

The 

Diag

 LED will continue flashing and turn solid when the reset is complete.

The router is now reset to Cisco factory defaults.
