the memory is full) or non-cyclical management (logging stops when the
memory is full) of the instrument internal memory {YES=cyclical management
/ NO=non-cyclical management, default=YES}
F603: logging interval (if it is higher than the measuring interval, the average of the
measurements acquired during the interval will be stored) {default=30 s}
