The sample water required for the measurement as well as the reference liquids are drained
off as wastewater (through wastewater outlet on the front of the device), this wastewater
must be collected in a separate container for later disposal.
Please note the following when installing the devices:
WARNING
•
ION Director®
and
GHL Doser
(as well as
ProfiLux
if present) must be
positioned away and protected from splashing water and excess
humidity!
•
Splashing water/saltwater and or condensing humidity (e.g.
occurring nearby the sump) will
destroy the devices
–
this voids all
warranty claims!
•
The waste water should generally be collected and disposed of.
However, it may be returned into the tank if the resulting
quantities of reference liquids do not lead to significant or
disturbing changes of salinity or filling level.
•
You may lead the return of the sample water back into the
tank.
