PROBLEM LIKELY CAUSE SOLUTION
7. Uneven mowing and poor grass
collection
– cutting-means assembly is not
parallel to the ground
– inefficient cutting means;
– forward speed too high
compared to height of grass
– collector channel is blocked
– cutting-means assembly is full
of grass
– check the tyre pressure
(see 5.3.2)
– reinstate the alignment of the
cutting-means assembly in
relation to the ground (see 6.3.1)
– contact your dealer
– reduce the forward speed and/
or raise the cutting-means
assembly (see 5.4.5)
– wait for the grass to dry
– remove the grass catcher and
empty the collector channel
(see 5.4.7)
– clean the cutting-means
assembly (see 5.4.10)
8. Unusual vibrations while
working
– the cutting means are
unbalanced
– the cutting means are loose
– loose bolts and screws
– contact your dealer

– check and tighten all the engine
and frame bolts
9. The cutting means do not
engage or do not stop promptly
when they are disengaged

– release lever in position «B» – put into position «A» (see 4.23).
If problems persist after having performed the above operations, contact your dealer.

8. ATTACHMENTS ON REQUEST
8.1 “MULCHING” KIT (Fig. 8.1 no.41)
It chops the grass cuttings finely and leaves
them on the lawn, instead of collecting them in
the grass catcher.
8.2 MAINTENANCE BATTERY CHARGER
(if included) (Fig. 8.1 no.42)
This keeps the battery in good working order
when the machine is in storage, guaranteeing
an optimum level of charge and longer battery
life.
8.3 CLOTH COVER (Fig. 8.1 no.43)
Protects the machine from dust when not in use.
