8 Fusion

35

After the cooling time (cooling time = heating time) loose the fixing lever and
remove the piece.

The fusion set temperature should be checked periodically on the fusion
tools with tempil sticks or an appropriate, fast responding, temperature
measurement device.

It is prohibited to use any coolant!

The joint may only be stressed by further installing after the cooling
period has expired.

All fusion joints must have cooled completely before the pressure test is
performed. This is usually the case after a waiting period of approx. one
hour after the last jointing.
