The motors rotate in one direction only
If the motors only rotate in one direction, the problem lies with the end stops. In that case, the
functionality of the end stops has to be checked. The LED has to flash when switched on and the light
barrier is not broken. The LED should stop flashing when the light barrier is broken, e.g. with a
screwdriver.
Once the function of the end stops has been verified, the cabling has to be checked. Also, the end
stops have to be plugged on the “min” contacts of the Ramps, as those limit the downward
movements. The upper restriction of the movement is preset via the firmware.
