Select port and baud rate
Once all parameters are set correctly, click “Connect” to establish a link to the X400.
If the connection fails check that there is no other software running that uses this port, e.g.
the Arduino software. If that's the case, quit the other software first, then press the reset
button to restart the printer. Alternatively, you can disconnect and reconnect the USB cable.
Since the X400 has a very large printing area, the parameters in the Repetier-Host have to be
adjusted in the printer settings.
Repetier-Host printer configuration
The printer defines the home position through the signal from the end-stop. This defines the physical
printing limits for the respective axis. The limit at the opposite end is only defined through the
software settings.
