MAKE SURE THE MACHINE HAS BEEN TURNED OFF AND UNPLUGGED FROM THE POWER SOURCE BEFORE PERFORM-
ING ANY MAINTENANCE OR ADJUSTMENTS.

Loosen the four lock knobs, and remove the fence
rail.

Loosen the blade guard lock knob as shown.

Remove the insert from the table using a screw-
driver.

Lower the blade guard halfway by turning the knob

clockwise.

• Poor blade guide alignment and adjustment.
• Forcing or twisting a wide blade around a short ra-
dius.
• Feeding the workpiece too quickly.
• Dull teeth.
• Too much blade tension.
• Setting the blade guard too high above the work-
piece.
• Lumpy or improperly finished braze or weld on the
blade.
• Continuous running blade when not cutting.

Open the upper door by turning the knob
