Start up Delay Selection.
When you plug in the pump, it is possible to enter a delay time (from 0 to
10 minutes) before starting dosing operations.
- Use “ UP ” key to change the value.
- Use “ RIGHT ” key to pass to next digit.
- Press “ P ” key to save the entered data and “ ESC ” to exit to main menu or
only press “ ESC ” to exit without saving.
Note: Press any key during delay stage to cancel time left.
11.8 Initial Setup (password)
Password Setup.
To enter setup menu it is necessary to set a password in the pump. Default
value for this password is “0000” (only numeric units). To change this
password operate as follows:
- Use “ UP ” key to change value of first digit.
- Press “ RIGHT ” key to pass to next digit.
- Press “ P ” key to save the entered data and “ ESC ” to exit to main menu or
only press “ ESC ” to exit without saving.
Note: For lost password, you need to reset the pump by following the
“Load default” procedure described at the next page.
11.9 Procedures: “Load Default” and “Reset Password”
“LOAD DEFAULT” Procedure
This procedure deletes all programming data set. Follow the instructions below:
- unplug the pump
- by pressing “ UP ” and “ RIGHT ” at the same time, plug in again
Display will show LOAD DEFAULT for a few seconds before coming back to normal operation.
“RESET PASSWORD” Procedure
This procedure resets the password set and reloads the default password (“0000”). Follow the instructions
below:
- unplug the pump
- by pressing “ UP ” and “ ESC ” at the same time, plug in again
Display will show RESET PASSWORD for a few seconds before coming back to normal operation.
How to choose the working mode
To choose the working mode, please refer to section 5.
12 - MAINTENANCE
Maintenance operations of the pump must be carried out only by authorized Technical
Assistance Service.
Before any maintenance or servicing operations of the metering pump, it is necessary to:
- WEAR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) SUITABLE FOR THE PRODUCT
- DISCONNECT POWER
- RELEASE PRESSURE OF THE DELIVERY HOSE
- EMPTY THE SUCTION HOSE
After removing the fixing screws, rotate the pump with the delivery connection downwards to empty
the product from the pump body. To avoid any damage to the operator and/or to the equipment, it is
necessary to flush the pump body with water.
