Level pre-alarm (Reserve).
This function indicates a pre-alarm status warning the user that the product
you are dosing, contained in the drum, is about to finish. The value to be set
must be calculated by considering the litres or gallons left between foot filter
and pump suction level.
- Use “
UP
” key to increase by one unit the digit where the cursor “_” is
blinking.
- Press “
RIGHT
” key to pass to next digit.
- Press “
P
” key to save the entered data and “
ESC
” to exit to main menu or
only press “
ESC
” to exit without saving.
During the pre-alarm the pump will carry on dosing but the display will show
the following:
11.5 Initial Setup (wmeter)
Water meter setup.
Use this function to enter the specifications of the water meter with impulse
sender you have. By entering the value of impulses produced by the water
meter, the pump will optimize the “ppm” working mode and will update the
data of the statistics menu.
- Use “
UP
” key to select the ratio “Pulse/L” (impulses/litres) or “L/Pulse” (litre/
pulses).
Choose the ratio impulses/litre if the water meter supplies many impulses.
Choose the ratio litres/impulses if the water meter supplies a few impulses.
When setting a value of 000.0, the pump does not accept the signal and it
is not possible to save data.
- Use “
UP
” key to increase by one unit the digit where the cursor “_” is
blinking. Enter the number of impulses that pump must receive to stop or
not the pump.
- Press “
RIGHT
” key; enter the number of impulses supplied by the water
meter (please refer to the specifications of your water meter).
- Press “
RIGHT
” key again for next digit: the cursor “_” will move the next
unit.
- Press “
P
” key to save the entered data and “
ESC
” to exit to main menu or
only press “
ESC
” to exit without saving.
11.6 Initial Setup (timeout)
Impulses Timeout (only for “Multiply”, “PPM”, “PERC” and “MLQ” working
modes when the calculations result is a multiplication).
When the pump receives an impulse from the water meter, it starts dosing the
product by distributing it in the period of time going from the first impulse to
the next one. At the beginning the pump doesn’t know how much time must
pass between the first and the second impulse, so it will dose the product in
the shortest time possible. Then, for the other impulses, the pump will dose
