GENERAL PAVER PROBLEMS DURING OPERATION

PAVER-RELATED MAT PROBLEMS

4. Screed riding on lift cylinder

Lower lift cylinder completely

5. Overcorrecting thickness control

Make moderate corrections as seldom as
possible

6. Running hopper empty between loads

Stop paver before head of material
