These parameters are identified from the
Speed self tune
function (START UP\Speed self tune and SPEED
REGULAT\Self tuning) but they can also be set from the user.
This function is mutually exclusive to the Speed up function, This selection must be done via the
Aux spd fun

parameter. (SPEED REGULAT menu). See section 6.7.1, Speed regulator.
