Troubleshooting

Replacing the control unit

7160-9001-560

01. December 2020

Unlock the licence on the control unit (VP8002)

For control units without an internet connection, connect the computer (location of
the licence file) to the control unit.

1. Click the button (Login)

- The login window appears

2. Enter the "Service-User" login data

- User interface appears (VP8002)

3. Accept the liability disclaimer

4. Select a menu item

(Maintenance -> System -> License)

- The entry window appears

5. Click the button (Refresh license))

- The entry window appears (VP8002)

6. Select an option (Manually)

7. Enter the unlock code (Unlock code)

8. Specify the storage location of the licence

file

9. Click the button (Next)

→ The control unit is registered.

→ The licence information is linked to the

control unit and unlocked.

Adjusting the control unit for automatic milking systems
