M5 screws are used to fix Mesh Shields to the RF Shield from Magnet Room side. It’s RF

vendor’s responsibility to prepare M5 screws according to the site condition. Prepare 230

screws (and nuts). (120 pieces for ISC and 110 pieces for ICC) Mesh Shields will be installed

during System Installation by RF Vendor.

For Wooden RF Shield Wall: M5 Wood Screws (230 pieces)

•

For RF Shield Wall which has holes for screws: M5 screws (230 pieces) and M5 Nuts (230

pieces)
